Exhibitor/Vendor Invitation

We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor/exhibitor at the 2024 TACEE Conference. This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with hundreds of early childhood educators, administrators, and professionals across Tennessee. As a vendor/exhibitor, you'll have the chance to showcase your products, services, and resources to an audience dedicated to enhancing the education and well-being of young learners.

 

The 2024 conference theme, "Sprouting Minds," emphasizes our commitment to cultivating creativity in young children while fostering excellence in their educational journey. By participating, you'll gain valuable exposure for your organization and contribute to the growth and development of Tennessee's early childhood education community.

 

Event Details:

• Event Date: Saturday, 10/12/24

• Event Time: 7:00 am-4:30 pm EST

• Location: Chattanooga State Community, Building 3; Albright OmniPlex Building (OMN)

 

Vendor/Exhibitor Fees*:

• Nonprofit- $40

• For-Profit- $100

• *Vendor/Exhibitor fee is waived for Root, Leaf, Bloom, and Harvest Sponsors.

 

Setup guidelines:

• Each exhibitor/vendor will have one table and two chairs (unless otherwise requested)

• Tables clothes are not provided

• Outlets are provided upon request and availability

• Wi-Fi is available

• Exhibition Hours: 8:30 am- 3:30 pm EST

• Set up no later than 7:00 am

• Setup window: Friday, 10/11/24 (6:00-9:00 pm) or Saturday, 10/12/24 (7:30-8:30 am)

• Dismantle Time: 3:30- 4:00 pm

• TACEE and Chattanooga State Community College are not liable for loss or damage to exhibitors' and vendors' materials and equipment.

Auction:

We invite you to contribute items to the conference auction, enhancing your visibility and our event. Donations of products or services from your organization can significantly enhance our auction, drawing more attention to your booth and showcasing your commitment to supporting early childhood education. We will acknowledge your generous contribution during the event and in our promotional materials.

11:50- 12:30 pm Session B: Working Lunch/ TACEE Business Meeting/ Panel

12:45-1:45 pm Session C

2:00-3:00 pm Session D: Silent Auction/ Vendor Last Call/ CDC Tour

3:15-4:15 pm Session E
